Installs vs. Simultaneous Connections

What Happens If You Go Over Your Limit
Exceeding your connection limit does not damage your account. Depending on the server configuration, one of two things happens:
- The newest login attempt is refused with an error such as "Max connections reached."
- The oldest active stream is disconnected automatically to make room for the new one.
How to fix it: Close the app on a device you are not actively watching, or upgrade to a higher connection tier from the pricing page if multiple people in your household regularly watch different channels at the same time.
